J & D Family Services contracts with hospitals, behavioral health centers, and community agencies to provide wraparound support that reduces emergency room visits, prevents unnecessary hospitalization, and helps individuals avoid justice-system involvement. By connecting clients to stable housing, recovery resources, and benefit navigation before a crisis escalates, we help our partners lower costs and improve outcomes — while giving clients the support they need to stay safe and stable.

We Accept Medicaid. J & D Family Services accepts Medicaid to make our services more accessible and affordable. If you have Medicaid coverage, please mention it in the notes below or let our team know — many of our services may be covered at little to no cost to you. Don't have insurance? Sliding-scale and pro bono options are also available based on need.
